Lesson Guide

Level 5 · E & I
01

E is above D (left middle finger), I is above K (right middle finger) — same fingers, one row up from home.

02

To reach E or I, lift your middle finger and reach slightly upward — don't move your whole hand off home row.

03

After every top-row keypress, return immediately to D and K. This return motion is the key habit for top-row speed.

04

Notice how many real words appear this level: side, said, fail, idea. This is your first taste of actual typing.

05

Eyes on screen. The distance to E and I is identical every time — trust the muscle memory you are building now.
